Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION PERIOD
The following charges will be levied on late cancellation of booked works due to a machine and operator/driver being allocated to your booking/s : -
Prior to 12:00 noon on the weekday preceding the hire = 50%.
After 12:00 noon on the day preceding the hire and on the day = 100% of the total booked hire rate
On the day of the hire = 100% of the total booked hire rate
ADDITIONAL BOOKED SERVICES/GOODS
Please note that Highways Chapter 8, ground protection and specialist kit, TM/"Council Permits to Work" charges will still apply.
